This year, 2021, Passport To Leisure Summer School will function with reduced numbers. Children will be placed in a bubble for the week's activities. All bubbles will have a designated tutor and assistant who will remain with their group during the week.

Hand sanitisers, soap and hand washing will be employed regularly throughout the day: at the beginning and end of each activity as well as before and after using the washrooms. The designated tutor in each group will also be given hand sanitisers, but emphasis will be placed on regular and thorough hand washing. After each activity, all equipment will be sanitized and there will be a team specifically responsible for checking and cleaning key areas.

Daily Registration Procedures

There will be staggered arrival and departure times to ensure a continuance of social distancing. Each designated group leader will be responsible for the daily signing in and out of students in their group.

We would respectfully ask our parents to follow current Covid procedures, and if requested, wear a mask whilst on site.

Please be advised we will be conducting a daily temperature check for all staff and students to ensure the summer school is a Covid free zone.

It is the responsibility of everyone to ensure government guidelines are followed whilst attending Passport To Leisure Summer School, especially with regard to displaying Covid symptoms, having contact with someone displaying Covid symptoms or receiving a positive test result.
